This is how far behind I am with the posts... I went to a most excellent "Sweets Exchange" Christmas party at L's house. As you may know, I'm not the greatest cook... baker... recipe maker...

So I needed something quick and easy - and out came the Bisquik cook book I thought I'd never open or even take out of the cabinet after my Mom left it at my house one time.


Hello supppper easy! This was basically all of the ingredients, got the mixer out, and started going...


It might have been 20 minutes to bake - practically nothing!
