Kate Spade, that is. Yes, I was a bad girl and purchased this oh-so-lovely day bag at an after-Christmas sale at the end of December. And let me tell you that it is quite popular. Several times a week someone stops me in a store, on the street, or in an elevator to comment on the bag and every time I feel less and less guilty about my large purchase.

And large it is – in size. This bag can hold my laptop in addition to all the other things I need, but somehow doesn’t feel too crazy big to swing on my shoulder as a regular purse.

Alas, I will be sad and maybe even shed a vain tear when the weather is too warm to carry around a wool brown, pink, and orange day bag on a daily basis. Maybe it is then that I will need to find a spring version!!
