Last weekend I took a quick trip to the Mitten for a few family gatherings – Grandma’s 81st birthday, and Cutie Patootie’s 1st birthday – and also just to catch up with some friends.

Mom came up from Florida for the long weekend, so I wanted to see her too. You can see her here with my cousin’s doggie, Weechy.
